How to Win The Award

The submitted file must contain:

Provide a description that does not exceed 1,000 words to submit the file. Also, attach a supporting document that consists of statistics, numbers, examples, etc.
An executive summary (250 words) that includes a brief overview of the individual or entity applying for the award. It should provide background information on the campaign and its objectives in promoting cultural identity and the Arabic language. Also, specify the vision and key message of the project and its expected impact.
Clarify the type of campaign and the nature of its work, whether it was a programme, book, film, a social media campaign, or any of the other mediums used to promote cultural identity and the Arabic language.
Specify the target audience of the campaign that aims to promote cultural identity and the Arabic language.
Specify the key messages and the values promoted by the campaign.
Showcase the level of creativity, quality, and innovation in the methods used to produce the content and its delivery.
Mention the interactive elements used to engage the target audience.
Present examples of success stories, certificates, and statistics that show the positive impact the campaign had on the target audience to promote cultural identity and the Arabic language.
Provide evidence that show the importance of the campaign and its role in developing Arabic skills or increasing cultural awareness.
Showcase the modern technologies used, such as digital platforms, artificial intelligence, or social media to engage the target audience. This should be included to ensure their active participation in campaigns that promote cultural identity and the Arabic language.
Attach a video file, picture, or links for any digital content that has been produced during the campaign.
Clarify the mechanisms applied to help spread the campaign and its reach to the target audience. This could be done through different channels like schools, media, and digital platforms.
Attach any evaluation studies or analytical reports that have been conducted to measure the campaign’s success and the extent to which it has achieved its objectives.

Reasons that may lead to exclusion of the file

If the file does not comply with the award’s specific standards and conditions, and does not attach the following requirements such as statistics or supporting documents.
Failure to specify the objectives, target audience, or the key messages and values promoted by the campaign.
Providing basic content that does not consist of any interactive elements or modern technologies to engage the target audience.
Failure to provide statistics or reports that illustrate the campaign’s success and its impact on the target audience.
Providing low-quality or ineffective content for the campaign while having linguistic errors or inaccurate use of Arabic language.
Providing low-quality content for the campaign in terms of design, production, and engagement.
If the submitted file does not clarify how children participating in the campaign are protected.
If the submitted file does not provide any evidence on the distribution and promotion mechanisms used to spread the campaign.
Failure to provide any research studies or reports that verify the campaign’s success and the extent to which it has achieved its objectives.
